Our scope has since grown to not only provide training on industry skills development, but it also encompasses the management of one-year leadership. 
We offer accredited courses that help develop the business skills of employees. Our NQF level 2 and level 3 courses are based on a contact centre environment; they are both aligned with South African Qualification Authority and are accredited by Services SETA  and offer one year leadership programs which are:
–         NQF Level 2 – Contact Center Support
–         NQF Level 3 – Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing Support.
Our learnerships are designed to accommodate the facilitation at either our premises or the employer’s.

100% black-female owned and was founded in 2017 by Kekeletso Ramone. It began as a quality assurance company, which provided quality and compliance assurance to contact centres by using our call-monitoring software, which is designed for efficient monitoring. Our analysts are trained to coach and ensure that the customer experience is a pleasant one and complies with the company’s business process.

How do we do it?

We work side by side with our clients from the very beginning (Training) right to the end through Coaching and Mentoring.
